Our Y4SC Change Agent Concept combines an approach towards social change through local youth-driven communities of practice together with a sport for development training approach. Both are substantiated by applicable learning theories, and a holistic approach to a healthy lifestyle. We implemented four local and two international change agent and change mentor training events in Germany, Austria, North Macedonia, and Portugal.
